License & Intellectual Property Notice

1. Copyright

All Site Content — including text, layout, graphics, logos, mascots, icons, animations, code samples, interactive demos, documentation, and compilation thereof — is protected by copyright and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative works are prohibited except as expressly permitted below or by applicable law (e.g., fair use / quotation with attribution).

2. Trademarks

"Granite", "Granite Consulting", the Granite diamond/crystal logos, mascots, and related brand assets are trademarks or trade dress of Granite Consulting. You may not use them in product names, company names, domain names, social handles, merchandise, or marketing without prior written permission.

Third-party names (React, Kubernetes, Telegram, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference on the Site does not imply endorsement.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

View and browse the Site for personal or internal business evaluation;
Share links to public pages with proper attribution;
Quote brief excerpts for non-commercial commentary, news, or review with clear credit to Granite and a link to the source;
Use code snippets explicitly labeled as templates or examples solely as a starting point for your own licensed projects, subject to your compliance with applicable open-source licenses for any third-party components.

4. Prohibited Use

Without written consent, you may not:

Copy, scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site;
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
Modify Site Content and present it as official Granite material;
Use Site Content in competing consulting materials, courseware, or template marketplaces;
Register confusingly similar domains, social accounts, or app names;
Use Granite branding in client proposals, security audits, or compliance submissions implying certification or partnership.

5. Client Deliverables

Intellectual property in paid Deliverables is allocated in the governing Client agreement. Unless the contract states otherwise, Granite retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and know-how; Clients receive license rights as defined in their SOW/MSA.

6. Open-Source & Third-Party Components

The Site may incorporate open-source software (e.g., React, TanStack Router, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Framer Motion). Each component is subject to its own license. Nothing in this Notice restricts your rights under those licenses for the components themselves. Source attributions are maintained in project dependency manifests where applicable.

7. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on our Site infringes your copyright, contact us via Telegram with: (a) identification of the work; (b) identification of the infringing material and its URL; (c) your contact information; (d) a good-faith statement; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We will investigate and respond as appropriate under applicable law.

8. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Granite Consulting. No license is granted by estoppel, implication, or industry custom.
